Sturgis 2012 is the last year the AMD World Championships are going to be held in the US. Next year they are headed to Germany in May and will be the first time they’ve been held off the continent. It kind of bumms me out to not see the worlds best bikes compete while I’m in sturgis but things change and that’s how the world turns.
ThunderBike won this years competition and deservedly so. These guys have really built some great works of art and the “paintless” is no exception. Detail on this Goldmember was ridiculous! Fully machined oil tank section was really a nice touch under the seat. The disc brakes had
Covers machines over them integrated into the wheels for a killer look. Reminds me of the old Buick drum covers from the 50′s.
Enjoy the photos!
